IIEST Shibpur usually has a cut off of around 32000 as it's maximum cut off. This is for the first round. Up until fifth and sixth round, the cut offs are around 34000. From round 7 and in the last two special rounds, the cut offs go lower. So, you might stand a chance for a seat in IIEST Shibpur if you wait for the last rounds. Chances of a getting a seat in courses like CSE or Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering is hard but you have a chance in civil engineering, Biotechnology or Chemical engineering.

Hope you are doing well.
With 35564 rank in JEE Mains, I am afraid that you won't get any mainstream branch in IIEST Shibpur. The branches that will be available to you are only Mettalurgical sciences(round 7) and Mining engineering(round 6).
While you also have a probable chance of getting a seat in Aerospace Engineering( closes at 32200) and Civil engineering(closes at 32600).
