Mop up round is the last round of neet counselling where the seats left over are filled which is generally because students leave the seat if they get in a better college.Since your rank is very huge ,I am sorry to inform you that according to that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical college this year.
You may try for private college through management quota which can be the only hope.
