Yes I think with that score you will surely qualify the neet but not for all India 15% quota. So yes if you aim for a private college, go on you will get a descent one.But it all depends on the number of seats available and the cut-off marks that vary year.There are fewer hopes but again in Karnataka you cant say anything so you may or you will get a private college but its again money matter since it comes with hefty price tags .

Sorry, your marks are quite low for getting a seat in government medical or bds colleges but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges. I hope this information helps you.
