As of now, the Superem Court's decision about the maximum age limit to appear for NEET has been put on a hold, hence the 25 year and 30 years data hasn't been followed.
As of now, you just to follow the minimum age limit criteria of being at least 17 years old before appearing for NEET.

Dear Student,
NEET provides three attempts for the students. G eneral/OBC candidates could attempt upto the age of 25 years while SC/ST could attempt same upto the age of 30 years.
