Hello,

You study in vocational in nerist means north eastern regional institute of science and technology. They will give you the vocational certificate also. And yes you can apply for Assam eec i.e. employment exchange certificate. But for this condition

You have to your 10th and 12th certificate by Assam Government.
You have to eligible for career guidance for self employment.
You have to eligible for government different training process.

You can apply for this certificate. And there some process occur you have to submit some your documents also.
