As this year ews quota is newly implemented so its difficult for me to assure you that is this score is sufficient for one to get admission into any nit or iiit.

But ews quota cutoff will be between that of general category student and obc category.

So according to this information yes you might get seat in lower  nit like northeast nits or nit dimapur , nit delhi.

As well as you may find difficult to get your desired branch.
