2020 cutoff trends (second counseling) of IP quota candidates belonging to SC category are as under:

1) ESIC Kolkata : 380

2) ESIC Mandi : 398

3) ESIC Gulbarg and ESIC Bangalore : 400

4) ESIC Coimbatore : 418

5) ESIC Hyderabad and ESIC Chennai : 430

6) ESIC Kollam : 450

7) ESIC Faridabad : 470

However, the silver lining is that cutoff of all categories have dropped in 2021 and each college has increased its intake and there has been an increment in number of seats. Further, Mop up round of counseling might land you in an ESIC college. Also, the two new ESIC colleges would have lower cutoff than the older ones. So you might stand a chance. Wishing you the best.
