Hi pratham,
Congratulation for such a great score in jee mains 2019.
Yes you should definitely fill the seat acceptance fee .
After wards once you get admission into one of the best nits try to score a gpa of more than 9 in first year so that you can change of branch see if you do so then after one year you will have your desired branch with top nit .
