Hi Sahil,

To calculate your marks out of 500, only FIVE subjects are taken into account-

1. Physics 

2. Mathematics

3. Chemistry

4. Any ONE language, either English or Hindi

5. Any optional subject, like IT

From these subjects, the marks out of 500 are calculated and a list is prepared by your respective board and sent to JoSSA which releases the list of Top 20 percentile.

So, you can remove either English or Hindi.
