It's difficult to say regarding this minimum marks for to get admission, as the cutoffs keep on changing every year. As per 2018 cutoffs the minimum was 119 for UR and 96 for SC/ST. Simultaneously the cutoffs will variate depending upon whether you apply for State quota (85%) or AIQ (15%). 

Try to score more thus keeping a Target of minimum 400+ in order to get admission in a reputed college of bams.

It would be difficult to provide you the marks required as the cutoff vary every year from college to college and the cutoff also depends on various other factors. However, you should aim to score 450 + marks in the NEET exam for admission to any decent college.
