Hello,

I would like to know the reason of depression and would like to suggest that often we come in situations where we feel low on self worth but I would like to suggest that as times passes this shall too be over.

Try to eliminate any negative thoughts and focus on what you need from your life.Ask questions like what is stopping you from doing the thing which is making you feel depressing.

And if you depressed by your results in the examination you can see that many people are sharing their stories how they did not get the numbers in the boards which they were expecting but are very successful in life.Reading them definitely makes you realise your self worth.

*strong people rarely have an easy past*

Best of luck:)

Hi dear

"Life is struggle and struggle is life "

Always welcome your problems with open arms

Never hesitate towards the problem. A strong warrior never step back similarly a successful person never give up he fails again and again and definitely one day he Β overcome it and achive a grand success.

Always remain self-motivated no one is going to push you up for your goal u r the only one to push yourself up.

Feel free to ask anything

Thanks
