Hello,

The file might be corrupted, I suggest you to try to download again from another browser or else from desktop website.
A file that is downloaded is either saved in the downloads section of your browser, or else in the file manager. You can access it through the downloads in your phone, else if you have an iPhone, you can download it and save it in your files immediately.

Hope this helps,

Thank you

If the downloaded book opens but does not display any content, several factors could be causing the issue. The file may be corrupted, incompatible with the current reader, or require specific software for access. It is advisable to try opening the file with a different PDF or eBook reader, ensure it has been fully downloaded, or check if it requires a password. If the issue persists, re-downloading the file from a reliable source or converting it to another format might help resolve the problem.
