The file might be corrupted, I suggest you to try to download again from another browser or else from desktop website. A file that is downloaded is either saved in the downloads section of your browser, or else in the file manager. You can access it through the downloads in your phone, else if you have an iPhone, you can download it and save it in your files immediately.
