Hello sir! My jee mains percentile is 94.3% CRL rank 63000 (approx) OBC category rank 17101. I'm from MP. May I get CS in any govt college?

As per your rank you do have chances for getting admission in one of the Colleges under JEE.
However you won't be able to get a good or say the top NITs in India.
However you will be able to make it to a decent NIT.
Also, try for your home state nit through your home state quota.
