Any extra amount deducted from your account takes 7-14 to get refunded after the initiation.At maximum it takes 30 days.If you haven't received it yet then it can be two reasons.
1. The refund might have received but it hasn't been reflected in your account so in that case talk to your bank.
2. They haven't initiated the return. In that case drip an email regarding your concern to the authorities.
