I would like to tell you that it doesn't matter whether you upload your Central SC certificate or State SC certificate in NEET UG 2022 application form. But, please make sure that the SC certificate you must upload must be in the right and proper format as mentioned in the NEET UG Brochure 2022.

So, you can upload any issued C Certificate in your NEET Application form, whether issued by center or state Sc certificate.
