Hello dear student,

The marks that you have obtained are really less. so it will be difficult for you to get admission into any of the government medical colleges or even in government dental colleges. The chances of you to get admission under management quota seats are also nil because of the low marks as this year cutoff have increased enormously high . For Neet even if you obtain just qualifying marks so that you can sit in NEET that is also fine because like jee exam 12th marks are not taken into consideration with the Neet result.
