Hello Dear!

As you got 60 marks in APECET which means you nearly got ranking between 1000 to 1200 (for General )

And RVR and JC College of Engineering which is located in Guntur is a Private Engineering College which was established in year1985.

And these are cut off rank 2020:

Cut off Rank(opening) : 1700 Cut off Rank (closing) : 5512 (for ECE)

So there is a strong possibility that you will get admission in your dream college.
