You haven't mentioned your rank considering that you belong to general category and based on your overall rank and previous year cut off you may not get seat in JNTU, Pulivendula in ECE. The cut off in 2019 was 11917 for general female candidate. But cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
