no there won't be any afffect on the counsiling based on jee mains in the jossa .even if he is even not going to clear the cutoff that result doesn't matter at all if you are counsiling for nits iiits or other gftis and sftis.
there is no disadvantage of appearing in jee adance on your jee mains rank or anything
