Hello sir/mam; my question is - is 'minimum 50% in pcb' for neet means one have to get more than 50% or only 50% will also be applicable ?? I got 50 in physics; 52 in chemistry; 82 in biology; Am i eligible for neet ??

Yes you are eligible for neet as it is 50% marks required and you have them so yes you are eligible.

The Eligibility criteria for NEET UG is that the Candidate must have scored atleast 50% in PCB and english Subject combinations. So, if we see your score, it makes it to 61%. You are eligible for the exam. You can apply for it. If you haven't applied this year, apply next year.
