hello sir,if we are not satisfied with the college in secound counselling is there any chance to go for the college in firt counselling

Nope brother if you have been upgraded from the first list allotted college into a new upper college in the second list you can't go back to the lower choice. That's why you have to be smarter in filling the choices of your colleges or else you could have locked your college in the first list itself. Now wait for the third counselling to get a better upgradation if possible.
