Yes it is mandatory to get TC and Study or Bonafide certificate from class IX to degree for the certificate verification process of TS-ICET. The payment of processing fee for TS-ICET counselling has started from 5th August and will last upto 8th August, 2019. The document/certificate verification will start from 8th August and will end on 11th August, 2019. Below I have provided the list of documents required for TS-ICET counselling 2019 - 

• TS-ICET Rank Card 2019
• TS-ICET Hall Ticket 2019
• Aadhaar Card
• Degree marks memos and pass certificate
• Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-pass certificate
• Degree Memorandum of marks
• Degree provisional pass certificate
• Study or Bonafide certificate from class IX to degree
• Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
• Income Certificate issued on or after 1-1-2019 by competent authority (If applicable)
• Residence certificate of the candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has no institutionalised education.

Yes, these certificate are mandatory while appling for higher studies, and you need to submit then in the time of counselling. you can collect your TC and Bonafide certificates from your college management. Hope you understand.

Maybe or maybe not it depends on condition some time they asked for it and sometimes they may not So it also depend on which time you may apply for registration. But my suggestion is you take all the document like your TC and Bonafide of degree for attending TSICET. so in any case, you may not stick in any difficult because you may not take the risk, after all, it all about your career.
