According to the news and location, the establishment of GMERS medical college at vadodra,gotri was because of Shortage of medical facilities in that area in 2011 by the GMERS Society.Its a 650 bedded multi-disciplinary hospital and has got great admiration from Indian medical council with both the administration of hospital as well as the infrastructure.Its a non-profit government established institution.

ON the other hand, GMERS medical college ,gandhinagar,Gujarat,was laid foundation in 2010 but the college started from 2012 with same 650 bedded hospital.

But according to your question , both are maintained by same Society so both have good intake of patients. according to few stats, Gotri is just a lil better choice. ORelse both are good ones, you can opt both ones.
