Yes, you can get into Top Business school
If you managed to score all 95 percentile and above in cat
If you also managed to clear all the sectional cutoff which is 85 percentile for open category.

If you clear this criteria you will get the calls from top IIMs
And further it's depend on your skills to crack WAT and GD-PI.

Yes if you have a Cat score above 95 percentile , then you are eligible to admit in top b schools , but during your personal interview they might ask you about your low grades and low performance and for MBA admission you have to have 50 % in your bachelor's degree , without it i think you will not be eligible for admission in an Mba college. Work experience will not matter much , your graduation percentage will matter more than work experience as there are also freshers with no work experience get admitted in top Mba colleges .
