As per your ComedK rank 2019, I'm sorry that I have to put it in front of you that you won't be able to get CSE or ECE with this rank in your desired college mentioned above as your rank is par from the last round cutoff for the given college. But there are still many colleges left under ComedK which will surely give you admission in CSE or ECE branches with this rank.
