Dear aspirant

There are only few State which have fees less than 10lakh. Chattisgarh, Kerala, karanatakas,college of mp  are having less than that or approximately 10 lakhs. In these state you can participate for counselling didn't matter which state you are fro. Getting College in these state is very hard you will need to score more than 550+ to get college of those state.

At 450 marks you will get mostly College having fees range of 14-16 lakhs in state like up bihar rajasthan. You can try in

Tripura medical College- 10.5 lakh (last year)

Subhbharti medical College, lucknow,up

Prasad Institute of Medical Sciences Lucknow  (8.5lakh )

Krishan Mohan Medical College and Hospital, Mathura (8.5lakh)

Most of these College have very high hostel fees and deposit money so most probably it will 2-3 lakhs more.
