Your OBC rank is bit good.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting Medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Bhopal, NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela,etc.
But you cannot expect good branches.
You can get good branches in some lower ranked NITs in the later rounds.
NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Durgapur, NIT Andhra, NIT Goa,etc
You can get IIITs such as IIIT Jabalpur, IIIT kancheepuram, IIIT Nagpur,etc
