Yes, you can definitely leave your college and engineering course if you can get through NEET examination.However, you will not get the full refund of the fees that you will deposit in engineering college.It is even possible that they might not refund any fees.But its highly likely that you will get refund in some percentage and you will get all your submitted documents back and then you will be able to get admission in any medical college.
