hey guys i'm getting just 18 marks in M.E paper gate 2019 my score is 260 an my B.E percentage are around 70 can i get a good college ?

sorry to say that your marks are not sufficient to get admission in to some good colleges.
To get a good college, you should meet the requirements and eligibility criterias and also the cutoff of that college.
