Hi dear,
If you are from General Category You are not eligible because this time cut off for general is 74 marks. If you are from ST category then you may be eligible.

You should try going for Private colleges now as you are not eligible for JEE advanced 2018.

Hello Sidharth,
Since you have not scored minimum qualifying marks in JEE Mains so you can't attempt JEE Advance. To attempt JEe Advance, you have to qualify JEE Mains.
