If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in haryana through state quota .

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

With a score of 589 in the general category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 531 was required to fetch one a seat in the Shaheed Hassan Khan mewat medical college in general category under the state quota and the corresponding rank was around 751.  But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
