The cut-off at Manipal University Manipal campus is around 2,000 for CSE. So you do not have chances of getting CSE there. But, the Sikkim campus and Jaipur campus of Manipal University have lower cut-offs. So based on your rank you can easily get admission in CSE in both Jaipur and Sikkim.
