Hello Shivam
I guess I can answer well considering I too took up PCMB in 11th and 12th, and cleared NEET and am currently a MBBS student.
First thing first, yes your command over physics and chemistry will help. In JEE questions are more detailed and if you can do them, you actually have a good understanding. NEET has pretty straightforward questions coupled with a few HITS which make all the difference. Give a special focus on organic chemistry and you’ll be okay.
Another thing I must mention is that you NEED to give more attention to biology. This is the subject which ensures your MBBS seat, physics and chemistry ensures a good college. You need more than NCERT, so don’t hesitate before exploring some topics in detail.
NEET is a test of your grit more than your knowledge. Keep working hard. Goodluck!
