As far as JEE Main is concerned, assuming youre a General Category Aspirant you must target atleast 99-99.5 Percentile for excellent chances in securing Computer Science at some of the Good NITs, IIITs as well as your Home State NIT and GFTI and certain State Engineering Colleges. As far as JEE Advanced is concerned, you need atleast AIR 2-4k, to secure CSE in some of the Newer IITs as well as some Old Institutions like IIT ISM Dhanbad.
