Yes, a second admission list for DU LLb is expected. DU authorities released a second admission list in 2017 also.
As the cut off this year for the general category is 234 marks, you seem to have a fair chance in the next list.
In 2017 the cut off in the first list was 249 marks and in the second list it was 237 marks. So you can expect your name in the next list.
The second list is expected to be released on 31st of July.

Thank you !! But they have already called serial number upto 1167 Nd there are total seats for geverag category is all the same number. Will they still release 2nd list ?

Yes, they will. It was released last year also and they have already given the date of release for this year. Some people may prefer other colleges or due to other reasons like ineligiblity, which might lead to vacancies.
