Hey ,
If you want to take admission in medical colleges of either punjab or madhya pardesh without having a domicile then you should opt for 15% all india quota . Because in 15% quota , having a domicile is not necessary . Here's the 2017 cutoff as 2018 results are yet to come (fingers crossed) :-
* Category Qualifying Percentile
  • Unreserved (UR) :- 50th percentile
  • SC/ST/OBC/OBC :- 40th percentile
  • Physically handicapped :- 45th percentile

* Category Qualifying Marks (out of 720)
  • Unreserved (UR) :- 360
  • OBC/SC/ST :- 288
  • UR  (PH) :- 324
  • OBC/SC/ST  (PH) :- 288
