As per the Eligibility criteria Candidate's age must be strictly between 16.5-19.5 i.e, He must be born between July 2, 2001 and July 1, 2004 for NDA 2020 and He must be born between July 2, 2002 and July 1, 2005 for NDA 2021.

see for nda 2020, only male candidates may apply, the date of birth should be between July 2, 2001 and July 1, 2004 , as your date of birth was 2 months ahead of the prescribed advertisement information, you are not eligible to apply for nda 2020. and same thing goes with  nda 2021 exam.
