hello aspirant,
As of now its tough to say which college you can get into because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high and also few seats have increased.but with previous year analysis and your rank we can find you possibilities into colleges.last year cutoff for government colleges, sc was 121363,and your rank is higher than that, which shows your chances are less or no chances.this year the cutoff rose by atleast 30-40 marks more which causes a difference by thousands of ranks.so you have no chancesof fetching seat in govt colleges for mbbs, last year cutoff for dental was 153447,also very few cchances.you can try your luck in private medical colleges and dental colleges. and b category.for more info check: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana
