As per your jee mains rank and given your general category it is highly unlikely for you to get a college through councelling from josaa,jac etc.
I would advise you to try predict the college you might get through our college predictor. If you are predicted any college from this link you will most likely get it.

Hello,
It's always good to participate in state's counseling like you have mentioned JAC Delhi, JAC Chandigarh, JOSSA. For JAC Delhi cut-offs are very high so it might be tough for you to get admission. Through counseling getting into college would be easier for you than getting in by direct admission. You should also participate in your own state counseling since home quota is really helpful because the cut-off is lower for Home state candidates. To know more about your chances of admission through JOSSA and any other college you can use the JEE Main predictor tool
