You can take computer science engineering as there is much more scope than bachelors in computer application. After completing BCA you have to do MCA  which is equivalent to B.Tech in Computer Science.

Hence straight away you take computer science engineering.

see jenvisha both degrees are very different.bca stands for bachelor of computer science and doing engineering with computer science is totally different.I will recommend you to take engineering with computet science as its value is more than bca and you can get good placement
