JEE stands for Joint Entrance Examination, it is of different types JEE-Main, JEE-Advance, NCHMJEE and so on. Different exams have different purposes like JEE-Main is for those students who want to take admission in any of the NITs/IIITs/GFTIs whereas JEE-Advance is for those students who want to take admission in IITs like premier engineering institutions and likewise for other exams.
Whereas NATA stands for National Aptitude Test in Architecture, which is conducted by National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture which is a constituent body of Council of Architecture, New Delhi. NATA is a national level entrance exam for admissions into B.Arch courses offered by recognized institutes of the country. NATA is conducted to measure the aptitude of the candidates to check their eligibility for admissions into the undergraduate architecture courses.
