Every engineering college either private or government take the entrance exam. To get direct in bachelors of engineering a candidate needs to pass his/her 10and +2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks in mathematics, physics , chemistry.

Private universities and colleges also conduct entrance exam under their supervision. Where are so many other colleges who don't any entrance exam.
