hi utkarsh , if you really like surgery go with it, close your eyes, think yourself as a surgeon, making incision, suturing everything, and then close your eyes and imagine yourself, examining a patient , diagnosing , feel what makes you passionate and go for it, its your life and your career, i can only suggest but not make the decision for you. good luck buddy
