The eligibility criteria for admission to IISC Bangalore M.Des are:

• Candidates must possess a bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology/ bachelor of design / Bachelor of Architecture
• Candidates are required to qualify CEED / GATE and have a valid score GATE or CEED as in the 1st week of August 2021
• Candidates who are in the final years of the qualifying exam can also apply for admission in IISC Bangalore M.Des but they have to produce the proof of passing at the time of admission.

The eligibility criteria for M.Des in IISC is as follows:

For the M Des Programme – Candidates with qualifications in BE/ B Tech/ B Des/ B Arch degrees, should have qualified in GATE or CEED and hold a valid score card as on 1 ^st August 2020.

So it does not mention anything for a Vocational Bachelor's Degree because the BE and B Tech are a 4 year course. Most probably, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for M Des in IISC.
