Hope you are doing well.
With 29 June 2001 as your date of birth, Yes you are eligible for 2019 NDA 2 exam.
The age limit set up by UPSC for NDA 2 2019 is between 2 January 2001 to 2 January 2004.
The NDA 1 exam has already been conducted by UPSC in Month of March.
