Prepare for jee main you will automatically prepare for board exam.
The only difference is in board exams, the questions will be subjective and lengthy and you need to have practice on it.

If you are preparing for JEE and board then you solve maximum number of questions for JEE label. If you solve Jee level question you are prepared automatically for the board exam.
