hey Manoj , its obvious that with this score you cannot get a goverment medical college for mbbs this year due to very high cutoff.So , it would be beneficial for you to go for private university if you want to pursue MBBS . You can easily get admission in Sri Ramchandra university as its a private university with low cutoff scores, you can get admission through management quota or any rural quota (if you have it),or through donation.
