Last year cut off for general candidates in UP under state quota was 469 at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow and under AIQ was 547 at

Government Medical College, Banda.

So going by previous years cut off you can expect to get a seat at 542. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
