Hello,

There is no such thing as blacklisting a candidate. If you fail to pay the fees then your seat will get cancelled and if you give KCET again you will be able to participate in the counselling next year. For more information please contact the KCET officials they will provide you with the information with what you can do next. You will find the contact details in the official website. KEA has released the KCET 2021 2nd extended round seat allotment result on December 27 at the official website.
