At CBIT, admissions are generaly done throught the state engineering entrance exam, however there are 15% seats reserved for candidates applying through their jee main score. This is called category b or BCAT for short.
For this you need to keep checking their site. As these seats are merit based, you need to hope that they reach your rank.
Apart from that the TS EAMCET cutoff for st was 20k.
